Assoc. Prof. Dr. Roslina Ibrahim is the Deputy Dean of Research, Innovation, and Development at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Kuala Lumpur, specializing in User Experience and Usability (UX/UI), Responsible AI, and Business Intelligence/Information Systems. A seasoned academic administrator, she has held various leadership roles at UTM, including Deputy Dean at the Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics, Research Manager, and Academic Manager. Dr. Roslina has secured over 10 grants as a project leader and participated in more than 30 university, national, and industry projects. Her extensive research portfolio includes over 150 publications with an H-index of 16, earning her accolades such as the Indexed Journal Publication Award, Top Researcher with the Highest H-Index, and several Best Paper Awards. A dedicated educator, she has successfully supervised more than 10 PhD and 300 Master's graduates, winning the Best Postgraduate Supervisor Award. Globally, she contributes as a General Chair, advisory board member, and reviewer for prestigious WoS Q1/Q2 journals like Computers and Education and IEEE. Nationally, she serves as an Academic Programme Evaluator and external PhD examiner for institutions such as UKM, Sunway University, and UniKL, and is frequently invited by government and industry bodies as a speaker and trainer on Artificial Intelligence and Ethical AI.
